What's proposedNew homes, retail & public domain improvements
The proposal includes a slender residential building above a mixed-use podium, providing a range of housing options. Ground-floor retail and public domain improvements are also proposed to support an active and accessible streetscape.
Where we areWe’re currently preparing the SSDA and rezoning for lodgement, expected October 2026. We’ll notify registered subscribers when the application goes on public exhibition and provide details on how to make a formal submission.
